We use information to help with your property-care request and, when you allow it, understand how people use this website.
Service requests
The booking form saves the contact details, property address, service selections, and notes you enter with our website hosting provider. We use those details to review and respond to your request. Saving the form does not confirm an appointment.
After saving, the website sends an owner email alert through Resend to Mow Knox. That email contains your name, callback number, service address, selected service, and requested date and time. We do not include your optional email address, discount selection, or free-text notes in the email alert. If an alert cannot be sent, the form will ask you to call or text us directly.
To limit duplicate requests and spam, we keep a submission identifier and email-alert status with the saved request, and use hourly counters for sending limits. Those details are not sent to Google Analytics.
The text-message button opens your device’s messaging app with the details you entered. You decide whether to send that message to Mow Knox at (865) 310-9928. Your mobile provider’s usual messaging terms apply.
Optional visitor analytics
When Google Analytics is connected and you select “Allow analytics,” it uses cookies and sends usage information to Google to measure page visits, call/text button taps, and saved service requests. Information may include your browser, device, approximate location, and the page visited. A button tap does not tell us whether a call or text was completed.
Our custom analytics events do not include the names, contact details, property addresses, booking notes, or message contents entered in the form. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals. Analytics is not loaded until you allow it, and visits may not be counted when analytics is declined or blocked by your browser.
We remember your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage. You can change it below. Declining stops future analytics events from this website; it does not erase information already received by Google.
